• A relocation team member will contact you about 30 days prior to your move by phone and by sending a notice.
• Approximately two weeks prior to your move you will be contacted again by notice and phone call letting you know exactly when and where you will be moving.
• We will contact you a week prior to your move to assure you are ready and answer any questions.

We will pay for all costs associated with your move including:

• Moving company cost
• Packing materials, such as boxes and tape will be delivered to your home
• If assistance is needed for packing, we will supply packers, which will be scheduled prior to your move
• Transfer costs for utilities, cable, etc.
• Storage if the need arises

Yes, a representative will come to your home to go over your specific situation, and we will also answer all your questions during the visit.
